Mazda CX-5 has embarked on a new stage of evolution. With its CX-5 2021 model year, the manufacturer did not reinvent the SUV, but endowed it with the most advanced and sophisticated technologies in the interests of customers: drives and electronics were completely redesign<\/a>ed.\"New<\/a><\/p>\n

The design is familiar. The CX-5 Skyactiv-G 194 AWD in the deluxe Sports-Line Plus package offers a very comfortable modern cabin with chrome and dark wood trim, nappa leather seats and LED interior lighting without a hint of excess.<\/p>\n

Under the hood of the four-wheel drive<\/a> vehicle tested is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder petrol engine with 143 kW \/ 194 hp. Automatic cylinder deactivation, which has been used in Mazda vehicles for several years, helps to save fuel. Further advances in drive technology have made the updated CX-5 even more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly than its predecessor, without compromising on driving pleasure.<\/p>\n

The six-speed automatic transmission is fast and separates gears fairly well even at moderate throttle for a sporty ride. During a sharp push of the accelerator to the stop, the powerful drive does not keep itself waiting and gives a noticeable additional impetus, especially in a fast overtaking lane, by downshifting.<\/p>\n

For the new model<\/a> year, Mazda has worked on the response of all of its engines to pressing the gas pedal, improving<\/a> their performance, as well as the Skyactiv-Drive automatic system. The goal is more driving pleasure. With a consumption of seven to eight liters per 100 km, the appetite of the 2.5-liter engine remained within acceptable limits.<\/p>\n

There are also new features<\/a> in the cockpit: for 2021, the CX-5 Exclusive-Line version offers standard smartphone integration<\/a> via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, meaning all apps installed on a smartphone can be easily called up via Mazda Connect and displayed on the new one. easy-to-read 10.25″ high-resolution 8:3 aspect ratio central display.<\/p>\n

By downloading the latest version of the MyMazda app, which is available for free from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, the customer has access to a large number of new features<\/a>. For example, he can remotely lock a car, call up its location, program the navigation system from home, and schedule service immediately.<\/p>\n

DAB+ and alarm with interior monitor are now standard. In addition, a 360-degree monitor with a high screen resolution appeared in the car. The system includes four cameras that monitor the area around the car, which is especially useful when parking.<\/p>\n

We really liked the 2021 Mazda CX-5 as a very durable compact SUV, especially when combined with the most powerful engine and high-end equipment. The car is distinguished by model maturity in everything, although we did not see any particularly striking novelties in it, despite the technological modernization.<\/p>\n
